General Power Installation
Since our beginning in 1965, we have installed
electrical power systems ranging from 120/240V single phase to 120/208V
3-phase and 480/277V 3-phase systems. Each of these systems require
expertise and knowledge which are characteristics of our foremen and
crew members.

you will need to budget for your new facility? We can help. As a result
of 37 years of business experience we can quickly determine the cost of
the electrical systems that will meet your needs.
Design Build
We pride ourselves on being
able to not only assess the electrical needs of our customers but also
implement those needs into a functional facility. Most recently we
completed the Nissan
Parts Delivery Center in Greenville, South Carolina. This project
was designed using a list of needs provided to us by the owner and
resulted in a 180,000 square foot state of the art facility. Design
features included General Power systems, general lighting, task
lighting, fire alarm and card access systems.
Contract Methods
We offer four ways to
contract our services. Cost plus, time and material with or without a
GMP, invited/private bid or public bid.
Fire
Alarm, Intercommunications, Integrated Phone, CCTV, Surveillance,
Television and Security Systems.
We install a broad range of low
voltage services including fire alarm, intercom, card access, integrated
phone, CCTV, surveillance and security systems. We have factory
trained technicians on staff allowing us to install and program these
systems. Because we self perform we are less dependant on other subcontractors
and therefore able to better meet the needs of our
customers.
- Athletic Field,
Site and Security Lighting Systems

Our Heavy Equipment/Underground
Crew trenches underground raceways and installs ductbanks,
manholes/handholes and large gauge wire associated with our scope of
work. Other duties include complete installation of site and athletic
field lighting and installation of heavy equipment such as panels,
transformers, switchgear and emergency generators. Equipped to handle
any situation, this crew is essential on projects where time is limited,
such as emergency power outages or industrial plant
shutdowns.
