HISTORY
The story of Johnson Electrical Company, Inc. is one of a family business that has evolved through the years into one of the most successful and respected privately-held electrical contractors serving the Carolinas.

Founded by Dale Johnson back in 1965 on the values still in place today, our pledge to our client is to exceed their expectations and gain their trust through exceptional performance and professionalism.  In short, we treat you like family!

This is evident by our culture.  We have built and maintained a culture where Johnson Electric Company, Inc. has over 95% repeat customers.

The company is now led by a second-generation Johnson. Dale’s son Padgett took over the day-to-day operations in 1995.  Padgett a Clemson University graduate with a degree in electrical engineering has continued the values taught to him by Dale. His foresight has expanded and entrenched Johnson Electric Company, Inc. as the preferred electrical contractor in the Upstate.

Johnson Electrical Company, Inc. has over five and a half decades of experience in all facets of electrical construction. Our projects run an extensive and diverse list such as educational facilities, all sizes of commercial projects, industrial operations, and halls of worship. Each of which presents its own set of challenges that our team has succeeded in for decades.

We are proud to be equally prepared to design and build projects as well. We understand the design-build process, and our team’s diverse experience in both engineering and construction qualifies us for almost any type of project requiring a full service approach.
